Sunday Color Challange: Hot Cocoa

Here is my card for the color challenge
I used:
Stampin'Up! Cable Knit embossing folder
Michael Strong coffee and square stamp
Verve Stamps sentiment from Santa and Coffee digital stamps

You find all the details and more inspiration

The back panel to this card is embossed like it is a
nice and cozy sweater. One holding the cup of cocoa
in front and instead od a marsmellow, this lovely text is popping up.

The cup is embossed with clear embossingpowder
on the black in, otherwise is sweared. The mittens are cut out
of a piece stamped with the cloisonné square stamp
by Michael Strong (not available anymore, but there
are other stamps you can do this with too). Then with a
black micro marker I handdrew the stitches.

With this card I also want to point out to you
that next week there is the Winter coffee/cocoa/tea
blog hop. You find all the details here soon.
There are lots of prizes to win, so you might start
thinking about making a card for linking it to the blog.

Thank you for looking and
have a creative day!

Love the elegant color scheme and the sweet mittens around Mike's cool cup! Pretty dry embossed background! Such a great idea to use Mike's square stamp and cut mittens from that so you have the cloisonne design on the mittens! Your black "stitching" makes them look so cool! Love the sentiment!!! I love old Christmas movies too!!!

Wat een super leuke kaart Hetty met die twee wanten die het kopje vast houden.
Bedankt voor de koffieblog-update.
